LAHORE: Governor Punjab Sardar Lateef Khosa said Monday that Punjab Government is about to bring a legislation to delay Local body’s election for six months and he will not sign it.
Talking to media at the convocation of the Wah University in Wah Cantt, the Governer said that the Punjab Government does not intend to hold LB elections.
He was of the view that matters will be resolved with the allies over the ordinance of the Sindh LG system.
He further said that no one including Supreme Court wants to weaken democracy.
