ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Farooq H Naek, Wednesday said the government would abide by the Supreme Court’s observations in letter and spirit while writing the letter to Swiss authorities, Geo News reported.
Talking to Geo News after the hearing of NRO verdict case, he said the constitution and the law would be government’s touchstones in this regard.
Earlier, during the hearing of the NRO verdict case the SC tore apart the government’s “revised” draft Swiss letter ordering mandatory changes in the light of court guidelines.
