Dual Nationality: PML-N's Arish Kumar resigns as MNA

ISLAMABAD: Dual nationality issue has claimed the membership of another Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lawmaker, Geo News reported.

According to sources the resignation of PML-N Member of National Assembly (MNA) Arish Kumar was sent to Speaker National Assembly Fehmida Mirza on Tuesday, which she duly accepted.

Kumar’s resignation has been forwarded to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), sources added.

It must be mentioned the ECP had set Nov-30 deadline for parliamentarians and Members Provincial Assemblies to submit affidavits bearing on their denial of holding dual nationalities.
