According to reports, a man, identified as Zahid Qadri, was kidnapped from PIB colony and tortured to death.
A spokesman for the Sunni Tehreek said that the deceased was the sector member of his party.
Two other people were gunned down in Nazimabad-2 and Banaras areas of the metropolis.
A man was shot and injured near Islamia College in Jamshed Quarter. The victim was a driver at a government department.
