LAHORE: Siraj Khan, 27, a resident of Mansehra district, who mistakenly entered Indian territory 18 years ago at the age of nine, has appealed to both Pakistani and Indian authorities to make arrangements for his return to the motherland, Geo News reported.
Talking to Geo News, he said that he had mistakenly boarded an Indian-bound train and had been paying the cost of his mistake for years.
He said that he had been languishing in different Indian jails. “I am compelled to live a miserable live here, I don’t find happiness in any thing, he told Geo News with eyes full of tears.
Siraj requested Pakistani and Indian governments to help him return to his country.
