DUBAI: President PML-N Nawaz Sharif met with President PML (LM) Arbab Ghulam Raheem in Dubai and discussed the possibility of seat adjustments and electoral alliance along with some other national issues.
The PML-N leader has said that the alliance with the PML-Likeminded was not formed to win elections but for the betterment of the country and that more alliances are on the cards in future.
On the occasion Arbab Ghulam Raheem said that an election symbol is yet to be decided between the two parties and the better candidate will be supported. He further said that he will return to Pakistan before the elections.
Nawaz Sharif also met leader of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan, Owais Noorani. Both the leaders reviewed the matter of making functional the common committee formed between the two parties for the upcoming elections.
