KARACHI: CID police have claimed to arrest three activists of banned Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan from Manghopir area of the metropolis.
According to the SSP CID, the arrested accused are associated with TTP Sher Khan group.
He said that the accused used to collect extortion money from traders in Karachi and send them to Waziristan to Qari Shakeel group of TTP.
The SSP said that 3 hand grenades, 2 kalashnikovs, one TT pistol and hundreds of bullets were also recovered from their possession.
