According to the police, the kidnappers had abducted Ahmed Gul from Hayatabad, a posh area of the provincial capital.
After obtaining information, the police raided Industrial State, Hayatabad and released the kidnapped man.
Police said that heavy amount of arms were also recovered from the kidnappers while two cars were also taken into custody.
Police kicked off interrogation.
