Talks underway for electoral alliance: Shahbaz
LAHORE: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz is holding talks with the Jamaat-I-Islami, the JUP, the JUI-F and the PML-F for electoral alliance, said Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif while talking to Geo News on Sunday.

He said that talks were also underway with some Sindhi nationalist parties for electoral alliance.

Shahbaz Sharif said that all the steps including replacing governors should be taken to ensure holding free and fair election.

He parried a question regarding PML-N nominee for the post of caretaker prime minister.

The chief minister termed the metro bus project a world-class project and once again dodged a question about whether he had an HTV driving license as Shahbaz was showed on TV channels driving a bus in Lahore.
