Sources said that Lt. Commander Azim was on way to his place of duty, when some unknown persons opened fire on his car near Gate No.15 of Karachi Port, injuring him.
He was immediately shifted to PNS Shifa, where his condition is said to be better.
Police said that four bullets hit the car of Lt. Commander Azim.
