KARACHI: Majlis-e-Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen secretary General Nasir Abbas Friday cautioned political parties to be careful in not giving the Abbas Town tragedy an ethnic colour and urged upon the Pakistani nation to observe ‘Youm-e-Wafa’ for expressing their solidarity and allegiance to the martyrs and the country.
Addressing a press conference at Imambargah Ali Raza here, Allama Nasir Abbas demanded that the army should launch operation against the terrorists in the country, especially in Karachi on the pattern of Swat operation.
He said that a peace walk would be organized and candles would be lit at the site of incident in which 48 people had died and 200 injured in the horrible explosions.
