Balochistan Assembly to be dissolved on March 19: Raisani

ISLAMABAD: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani has said that the Balochistan Assembly would be dissolved on March 19.

Talking to Geo News on Saturday, he said that he would forward a summary to the governor on March 19 for the dissolution of the assembly.

The chief minister said he still stood by his statement that his government was removed due to Reko Dik issue.

Raisani said that during a meeting with Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf it was agreed that elections would be held in four provinces on the same date.

He said that three chief ministers were agreed to dissolve assemblies on March 19 but Shahbaz Sharif sought time for consultation with his party.
