PESHAWAR: Security forces have kicked off search operation Tuesday in the adjoining areas of Peshawar after the terrorist attack on the heavily guarded area of Judicial Complex on Monday, Geo News reported.
Four persons were killed while 47 others, including eight lawyers and six policemen, sustained injuries when two suicide bombers attacked the Judicial Complex.
According to sources, the authorities decided to launch search operation after the Judicial Complex came under siege.
The operation has been launched in the areas adjoining the tribal areas including Sarband, Budh Bair, Matni and others. More than 2,000 police personnel are taking part in the operation while Frontier Corps (FC) men are also assisting in the action.
Sources told that the operation has been kicked off after getting a tip off regarding the presence of criminals and suspects involved in the attack in the area.
