KP governor receives advice to dissolve assembly

PESHAWAR: The Governor House of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received the advice of dissolving the provincial assembly sent by Chief Minister Amir Haider Khan Hoti Tuesday, Geo News reported.

CM Amir Haider Khan Hoti had sent the advice to Governor House on Monday that will be signed by the Governor Engineer Shaukatullah today, following which the assembly will be dissolved at 12 midnight.

Justice (retd) Tariq Pervez will then take oath as Caretaker CM on Wednesday at 5pm.

Sources told that after the oath taking ceremony, members of the provincial caretaker cabinet will be announced within days.
