Karachi: Cracker attack in Malir area

KARACHI: A man was injured when some miscreants hurled a cracker in Jaffar-e-Tayyar Society area of Malir in the wee hours of Thursday morning, Geo News reported.

According to police, two unknown attackers hurled a cracker in the residential area of Malir that injured a man named Zamarrud Hussain who has been shifted to hospital for treatment.

A nearby building was also partially damaged due to the explosion caused by the cracker.

Police told that the cracker attack aimed to spread panic in the area while the crater created in the ground depicts that the explosion was of minor nature.
