PESHAWAR: As many as two hundred police officers have been replaced in Khyber Pakhtoonkhuah (KPK) police on the directives of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Geo News reported.
According to a press release issued from the office of Inspector General (IG) KPK here on Wednesday, IG, three Additional Inspector Generals (AIG), seven District Inspector Generals (DIG) and thirteen Superintendents of Police (SP) have been transferred within KPK police on the directions of the electoral body.
On the other hand, 48 District Superintendents of Police (DSPs) and 85 Station House Officers (SHO) have also been replaced in KPK police.
