ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan has announced reelection in some selective polling stations of at least six constituencies, Geo News reported.
According to latest updates published on ECP website, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is sitting pretty with a staggering 124 seats in National Assembly , followed by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) 31, and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), which emerged as the third largest party securing 27 slots in the lower house.
Out of a total 272 seats in National Assembly, ECP has so far released the official results for 261, which means eleven results are still pending.
According to details, the results for two constituencies were cancelled, while ECP was yet to isisue the same for a couple of another seats, whereas six electorates awaited partial reelection.
