He said that terrorist elements wanted to vitiate peace and to spread chaos in Karachi by carrying out attacks before Eid ul Fitr.
The minister expressed grief over the loss of lives in Lyari bomb blast.
Meanwhile, Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Coordination Committee and the party chief Altaf Hussain condemned the attack.
Hussain said that the culprits involved in the attack are enemies of humanity.
