Sindh government lifts ban on pillion riding
KARACHI: The Sindh government has lifted the ban on pillion riding after the duration of six months on Monday, Geo News reported.

The ban on pillion riding was imposed in March 2013 after a massive blast occurred in Abbas Town of Karachi, killing over 50 persons.

After six months’ span, the Sindh government has lifted the ban today.

The provincial government often imposes such bans as a security measure on special occasions or in the backdrop of any untoward activity.
