ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued a written judgment in Balochistan law and order case, Geo News reported Wednesday.
The judgment directs the Frontier Corps (FC) and the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to coordinate and cooperate for the recovery of missing persons.
The written verdict states that it appears from the reports and documents that the missing persons were picked up by the personnel of the LEAs. The court has given two weeks time for the recovery of missing persons.
The court also ordered to take action against anyone found involved in any illegal activity.
The judgment also contains a government report detailing steps it has taken for the establishment of order in Balochistan. The report includes a decision to put Makran Division under the jurisdiction of police.
