According to police, the security forces carried out a joint operation in Matni area in which four miscreants were arrested.
The police said that the mastermind of Qissa Khwani Bazar blast that occurred on December 29 was also arrested in the operation.
The accused are being interrogated in an undisclosed location, the police added.
