KARACHI: Sensitive agencies on actionable information raided a house in Quaidabad area and arrested the city chief of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) along with his four associates on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.
Sources said that Karachi TTP Amir, Shahabullah and his four cronies were arrested in a raid conducted by the sensitive agencies in Quaidabad area here and recovered huge quantity of explosives, one hijacked ambulance and four motorbikes from their possession.
The timely arrest of the TTP Amir and his four associates along with all the wherewithal for a major terror attack has saved the city from an impending disaster, sources said.
