Police said unidentified men hurled a hand grenade at a house in Kashkol Banda area. As a result, five people including four women sustained injuries.
The injured were taken to district headquarter hospital, where one woman succumbed to her wounds.
The attackers managed to flee.
Police have registered case of the incident and started further investigation.
