Acting Chief Election Commissioner Justice Nasirul Mulk asserted that LB polls in Sindh would be held on January 18 and in Punjab on January 30.
He said that the dates of LB polls in Sindh and Punjab were fixed under the directives of the Supreme Court.
The relevant institutions bound to provide ballot papers and magnetic ink have also expressed agreement on the dates.
