Dastagir resigns as Privitisation Commission Chairman

ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Commerce and Textiles, Khurram Dastagir said on Saturday that he had resigned as the Privitisation Commission Chairman.

Speaking to Geo News, Dastagir said following Pakistan being granted GSP Plus status by the European Union, he wanted to concentrate on the Ministry of Commerce.

The PML-N leader also dispelled reports of differences with the party and called Finance Minister Ishaq Dar a “teacher he could learn from.”
