While hearing the petition filed by a citizen against CNG load shedding, the court stated that it is the right policy by the government to implement CNG load shedding schedule. Had the government not followed the CNG load shedding plan, the domestic users would have been without gas.
It is the primary right of the domestic users to get gas for their use, the court stated.
