13 FC troops injured in Sibbi blast

SIBBI: Thirteen Frontier Corps (FC) personnel were injured when a blast occurred near their vehicle near Tali area of Sibbi on Monday, Geo News reported.

According to the FC spokesman, security forces’ convoy was passing through Tali area when a blast targeted their vehicle that injured 13 troops while the vehicle was partially damaged.

The injured FC personnel were shifted to SIbbi where they are said to be in stable condition.

The spokesman told that the explosives were triggered with a remote control device.

Security forces and local administration officials reached the blast site immediately and cordoned off the area while the investigation was kicked off.
