ISLAMABAD: The executive committee of the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting to be held tomorrow (Wednesday) is likely to approve different government projects worth Rs270 billion, Geo News reported.
Planning Commission sources said that the Federal Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar would preside over the NEC meeting to be held tomorrow.
NEC meeting is likely to approve 16 different government projects in water, agriculture and power sectors.
Analysts said that the government should step up the work on people’s welfare projects for easing out their woes as regards basic facilities like electricity, health and education.
