Two more Tharparkar kids die in hospitals

THARPARKAR: Two more kids from famine-hit Tharparkar district breathed their last at hospitals in Islamkot and Mithi, pushing the death toll of children to 4 in last 16 hours, Geo News reported Thursday.

According to hospital sources, a child who was being treated at a government hospital in Islamkot lost the battle of life.

Similarly, a girl child who was receiving medial aid at Civil Hospital Mithi lost her life.

These deaths raised the number of kids who lost their lives in the last 16 hours to 4 in the famine and drought-affected desert areas of Tharparkar.
