ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court Justice Amir Hani Muslim has excused himself from hearing of the LPG quota case.
A five-member apex court bench headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk heard the case here on Tuesday.
During the hearing, Justice Amir Hani Muslim dissociating himself from the case said that he had been hearing the JJVL cases in Sindh and, therefore, excused from hearing this case.
Later, the hearing was adjourned until the constitution of the new bench by the chief justice.
