Rangers besiege houses of PPP MPA Mir Abid Bhayo

SHIKARPUR: Rangers laid a siege around two houses, belonging to Pakistan People’s Party MPA, Mir Abid Bhayo for several hours, Geo News reported.

MPA Abid Bhayo and his brother PPP district President Mir Babul Bhayo stranded in the Shikarpur house for several hours as the Rangers also took position around lawmaker’s house in his native village Jawan area. The siege, started at 6:00PM on Sunday, and continued till late night.

Sources said Rangers laid siege to the houses of Abid Bhayo in order to mount pressure for the recovery of people abducted from Hyderabad and Karachi.

During the besiege 40 people were detained for interrogation.
