ISLAMABAD: Justice Ejaz Afzal has stated that they wanted to watch all anti-judiciary programmes to judge defamatory remarks in the next hearing, Geo News reported.
A three-judge bench comprising Justice Ejaz Afzal, Justice Ejaz Chaudhry and Justice Mushir Alam was hearing the case pertaining to anti-judiciary programme on Monday.
During today’s proceedings, Justice Ejaz Afzal said they wanted to watch CDs of all anti-judiciary programmes to assess whether defamatory words were used or not.
He directed Registrar Supreme Court to make multimedia arrangements on Wednesday.
The hearing was adjourned till June 04.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan had formed a three-member bench to hear a case pertaining to an anti-judiciary programme telecast by a private TV channel.
