Lahore to Barcelona bound PIA flight suffers malfunction, delay

LAHORE: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) en route to Barcelona from Lahore suffered a long delay as a result of developing a technical fault.

The PIA flight PK795 was scheduled to reach Barcelona, Spain at 4pm Saturday and back from there to Lahore the same evening. But, now it’s expected to land in Barcelona on Sunday.

According to PIA officials, the flight took off from Lahore for Barcelona but it had to be landed in Kabul, Afghanistan instead after if suffered a technical glitch and later it was flown to Karachi. The plane will begin its journey to Barcelona as soon as it gets fixed.
