Shah Mehmood gets notice for illegal meter installations

MULTAN: Multan Electric Supply Company (MEPCO) on Monday issued a notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice-President Shah Mehmood Qureshi for illegally installing ten meters at his residence.

According to a MEPCO official, a notice has been served on Shah Mehmood Qureshi, asking him to submit his reply in fifteen days.

He wondered how the PTI leader installed ten meters at his residence as it is an illegal act. The MEPCO personnel would also be punished if found guilty of involvement in this act.

However, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that he is in possession of complete official documents in connection with the installations of meters.
