According to market sources, the price of black pepper has risen by Rs 300 and is now being sold at Rs 1,100/Kilo.
50 grams of cardamom has risen by Rs 40 and is being sold at Rs 150. The price of cumin has been increased by Rs 50 and is being sold at Rs 300/kilo.
Green chillies are being sold at Rs 120/kilo after an increase of Rs 40. The price of onions has been raised by Rs 10 and the new selling price is Rs 45/kilo. Per kilo price of tomatoes has also exceeded Rs 100.
Poultry prices which had seen a decline have also risen by Rs 50/kilo in Karachi.
