KARACHI: In yet another incident of consuming toxic liquor, three more died raising the toll in such incidents to thirty-two while five were still in critical condition on Friday, Geo News reported.

According to Joint Director Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) Dr Seemi Jamali, eight persons were shifted to hospital around 3:00 am who had consumed homemade liquor.

Three victims identified as Abdul Sattar, Mohammad Hussain and Abdul Wahab died today morning after which the toll increased to 32 in toxic liquor incidents.

Doctors told that the fresh victims belonged to the Lyari areas including Agra Taj Colony, Shirin Jinnah Colony, Majeed Colony and North Nazimabad.

Police have registered thirteen cases of deaths due to toxic liquor in different police stations in Karachi while they have also claimed arresting three persons.
