According to sources, also present at the meeting are federal ministers, legal and constitutional experts and the Attorney General.
Another high level meeting to be convened today will also review the implementation and progress so far, during which the army chief and DG ISI will also be present.
The PM has given up all other engagements today to focus on the high level meetings.
