QUETTA: Balochistan Assembly Speaker Mir Jan Muhammad Jamali have resigned from his position over differences with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
Acting against the party policy, Jamali had opted to vote his daughter in the Senate election.
According to a report, the speaker sent his resignation to PML-N Balochistan President Sanaullah Zehri who left for Islamabad to consult the prime minister.
