OGRA advises reduction in price of petroleum products
ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Friday sent a summary advising the petroleum ministry to slash prices of petroleum products.
According to sources, OGRA has advised the ministry to reduce the price of petrol by 40 paisas bringing the price down to Rs. 106.37 per liter, diesel by Rs. 1 bringing the price down to Rs. 108.34 per liter and reducing the price of HOBC by Rs1.60 bringing the price down to Rs. 129.66 per liter.
If the advice is accepted by the petroleum ministry, the new prices will be applicable from the 1st of September.
