"The claimsand promises made by [the federal minister for railways] Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed are only that — just words and no action," said an annoyed passenger.

The Shah Hussain Expresshad to leave from Cantt Station on Sunday at 7PM but neither did the train arrive at the station on time nor were the worried passengersinformed by therailwayadministration of the reason behind the delay.

The "leaders of change have made a U-turn in railways as well", said another passenger.

According to railways sources, thetrain was not on time as it had left late from Lahore, and then, on Drigh Road railway station, it encountered a power failure.
