KARACHI: Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Dr. Farooq Sattar said the government could attain annually Rs300 billion additional by putting restraints on corruption, Geo News reported Wednesday.
Talking to Geo News, he said the government may earn Rs100 billion from Afghan Transit Trade.
The federal minister bristled that Flood Relief Surcharge is being imposed on the salaried class, adding all the provinces and concerned people should have been consulted before the approval of this tax.
Agriculture tax should be levied on big landlords, waderas and jagirdars, he demanded.
