Balochistan residents get advance medical equiment at Civil Hospital

Now the people of Balochistan will not have to travel far and wide as the Civil Hospital offers the facility of conducting CT Angiography, CT pulmonography, and CT Colonoscopy tests.

According to Health Department’s sources, the latest machines have started operation to conduct these tests at the Civil Hospital.

Earlier, patients from the province had to come all the way to Karachi for these tests.

Meanwhile, Department of Radiology Civil Hospital’s Professor Ashraf Achakzai said that despite having the machines, the hospital doesn’t have films over which CT scan and x-rays are carried out.

The doctors make reports through computers’ screens, he added.
