Since his International test debut in 2001, Misbah has batted his way into the hearts of fellow Pakistanis and cricket fans around the world. His skilled captaincy silenced his critics time to time.

It is remarkable how Captain Misbah picked up his team from the shreds and put them on the number one stand in Test cricket. He will be always remembered in the country the man who brought long lost glory for the Pakistan Cricket.
