Police arrest one of many Lahore bikers engaging in aerial firing after video goes viral

LAHORE: Police said late Monday night they have arrested the primary suspect after a video — showing a group of young men on motorcycles, engaging in aerial firing in broad daylight here in the city's Mustafa Town — went viral on social media.

While the arrested suspect was identified as Sayan alias Shana, police noted that they were still searching for the other suspects. The firing incident left the clueless people in the vicinity scared.

A first information report (FIR) was also filed once the video surfaced despite the fact that police, earlier, were unaware of the incident.

Police further mentioned that the arrested suspect, alongside others named, was trying to instil fear in the neighbourhood.
