Gold rates increase by Rs300 in Pakistan on January 19

  • A single tola of 24-karat gold in Pakistan was sold for Rs112,850
  • 10 grams of 24k gold was sold for Rs96,750 at closing of trading
  • 10 grams of 22k gold was traded for Rs88,688


KARACHI: A single tola of 24-karat gold in Pakistan was sold for Rs112,850 on Tuesday, January 19, at the closing of the bullion market.

Likewise, 10 grams of 24k gold was sold for Rs96,750 at the closing of trading.

According to the data released by the All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association, gold rates in the local market moved up by Rs150/tola on Monday.

However, silver rates remained unchanged at Rs1,300/tola. The price of 10 grams of silver also stood the same at Rs1,114.54.

Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22k gold was traded for Rs88,688, while one tola of 22k gold was traded for Rs103,446
