LEEDS: A 34 year-old woman gave birth to a baby girl weighing five kilogrammes about a month ago in Leeds, the mother herself reported to Daily Mail.

Hellen Seller, the mother, reported that due to her huge bump during the pregnancy, she was often asked whether she was having twins. The mental health nurse excitedly shared that she had not seen such an enormous baby in 16 years of her mid-wife experience, adding that she was glad that she had opted for Caesarean delivery.

Seller revealed that she and her husband were four kilos at birth and so was their son. The consultants had informed her that the baby will be big but she had never expected “her to be that weight.” Newborn clothes bought for the little girl also did not fit her.

Even though the birth is astonishing as she weighs as much as a bowling ball, the child did not break the record of Britain’s heaviest newborn that was created in 1992.
