92 warders complete training; DIG calls for honest duty

LAHORE: Deputy Inspector General Headquarters, Mian Salik Jalal has called upon head warders to perform their duties with dedication, honesty and commitment.

Mian Salik Jalal was addressing passing out ceremony of 92 Head Warders under first promotion Head Warders course held at Punjab Prisoners Staff Training Institute here Tuesday.

Principal of the Institute, Kamran Anjum and other senior officers were also present on the occasion, stated a hand out.

DIG, Mian Salik Jalal called upon the Head Warders, belonging to Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan to benefit from the diverse knowledge of Law, Pakistan Prisons Rules, Agricultural, Services Rules, Health, Psychology etc. imparted to them during the training and ensure enforcement of basic principles in prisons.

Later, DIG Salik Jalal took salute from the passing out Head Warders and awarded certificates to them. (APP)
