Beyonce's musical career is reportedly shaking after Jay Z's recent allegations.
As fans will be aware, an unnamed woman amended her civil lawsuit from earlier this year to name the Grammy-winning rapper, Jay-Z, on Sunday as one of the celebrities who raped her after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
Even though the rapper has refuted allegations of raping a teenager with rapper Sean Diddy Combs in 2000, the lawsuit is posing threats to Beyonce’s career as a musician, reported Radaronline.com.
Revealing details about the matter, a source maintained, "Bey and Jay are one of the most dominant power couples on the globe.”
“So even though the claim has nothing to do with her, her name had already been dragged into online speculation,” they explained.
It is pertinent to mention that Jay-Z has asked for support from his wife Beyonce and their three kids amid these grave allegations, but the songbird has remained tight-lipped on the matter.
"The plan was for Beyonce to perform a new song during her Christmas Day halftime show before kicking off a new era,” the source continued.
They noted in conclusion, "Beyonce has Act III of her three act album saga to announce as well as a huge stadium tour."
