A California judge has ordered Christina Haack to pay her estranged husband Josh Hall $150,000 from the sale of their $4.5 million Tennessee home.

"No later than five days after the close of the escrow, [Christina] is ordered to deposit $150,000 from the sale of the home into [Josh's] counsel-client trust that is interest-bearing with restricted access," the Daily Mail quoted the judge's order.

The over 5,000-square-foot-property was listed for sale on October 5, 2024, but then removed from listings on October 25. It was then listed for sale again on December 3.

The home was initially purchased by Haack in February 2021 before their wedding but Hall insisted "the community maintains an appreciation interest due to the paydown of the mortgage during marriage."

The new development comes in response to Hall's filing that reported a dispute regarding "Josh's Moore/Marsden interest in the Parker Branch property" and demanded that the Court ordered "the sum of at least $150,000."

The order was issued at the end of October but documents detailing the order were filed in court just this month. Haack also disputed Hall's interest claims.

It is pertinent to mention that the HGTV star, 41, reportedly fired her former lawyer DeArmey Law APC and recently hired her new counsel 'Disso Queen' Laura Wasser, who has A-lister clients such as Kim Kardashian.

A source told the publication that Josh has not lived at the Franklin property for quite some time. "Josh hasn't stayed at the house in months. He has his own temporary place for the time being," the source revealed.

Both exes have moved on with new partners amid their ongoing divorce proceedings as Hall recently went public with model Stephanie Gabrys while Haack has been dating Chris, president and CEO of Network Connex "for months."
