Lindsay Lohan has opened up about a wiser lesson that she learnt after growing older.

The Hollywood actress gained recognition at the age of 12 for her role in Parent Trap.

During an interview with E! News, the Mean Girls actress candidly discussed that since embracing her age she is learning to live in the moment.

“I feel great, I'm really happy, I love what I'm doing. I feel like when I was younger, everything was just moving so quick,” she began by saying.

Sharing the lesson, Lohan continued, "Now it's nice that I'm older and wiser, and I know how to take moments for myself to relax.”

"I like to give me work my all, but then when I'm with my son I wanna give him my all, or my husband, I wanna give him my al."

Moreover, the 38-year-old actress admitted that she wants her career and family life to work together.

"I think a massage is nice. the other night I was like, to my husband, 'We're getting couple massages, it's not up for debate, it's just happening.'"

"[And] cuddling with my son before he sleeps, that actually relaxes me a lot, just holding him. I just wanna savour these moments," she added before signing off.

For those unversed, Lindsay Lohan tied the knot with Bader Shammas in 2022 and the couple welcomed their son Luai in 2023.
